Ministry of Defence (Kemhan) will design a state-defense education for prospective Indonesian migrant workers (TKI). That way, all workers thinking about martial state of consciousness while looking for food in foreign countries.

Director General of Defence Potential Budi Susilo Supandji explain current Kemhan still discussing the matter with the country’s defense-related government agencies. One of them through state-defense workshop to be held in Kemhan 2010. “The workshop was for the same perception,” said Budi, Tuesday (01/06/2010).

In addition to the TKI, education, defense of other countries through formal channels through scouting. Kemhan Kwartir will hold national and regional levels to provide education in the country behind Scouting.

Defence Minister Purnomo Yusgiantoro said, defending the country is the essential obligations as well as honor for a citizen of Indonesia. “We live in Indonesia, was born in Indonesia, grew up and later died in Indonesia,” said Purnomo.

In addition, the martial state must be a loyal citizen awareness negara.Oleh therefore, there must be continuous socialization for raising the awareness to defend the country.

This workshop involves the Ministry of Home Affairs, Bappenas, Ministry of National Education, KementerianHukum and human rights, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
